Final Transition from 3+2 pins to New 4 pins Battery Connector

Final Transition from 3+2 pins to New 4 pins Battery Connector

Important Update: Battery Connector Upgrade on WPL RC Models

At WPL RC, we’re always improving our products to make them more reliable, user-friendly, and future-ready.

Starting from 4th Sept 2025, we have transition some of our store products from the 2+3 pin battery connector system to the new 4-pins type connector.

Why the Change?

  • 🔒 Improved Safety & Reliability
The 4-pin connector provides a more secure connection, reducing the risk of loose contact during use.

  • Simplified Setup
Instead of separating balance and discharge leads, the new design combines them for easier handling.

What It Means for You

  • All updated products below (see updated list below) will come with the 4-pin connector.

  • Replacement batteries and chargers will also follow the new standard.

  • If you already own a WPL vehicle with the 2+3 pin system, don’t worry — we still have limited number of 2 pins battery connector left.

Final Note
