⚠️ Important Update for Our EU Customers
Starting July 1, 2026, the European Union will introduce a new customs levy on imported small parcels valued under €150.
From the information currently available, this charge are applied per item type, not per parcel. This means even very small and inexpensive items could become significantly more expensive once imported into the EU.
For example:
A US$1 spare part could potentially end up with around €3 extra customs charge on top of VAT and handling fees 😵
At the moment, we are still closely monitoring updates from our shipping partners regarding:
• How this charge will actually be collected
• Whether it will be charged during checkout or upon import
• How mixed-item orders will be affected
• Whether additional handling fees will apply
Since our parcels usually take around 2 weeks to arrive in Europe and once everything has been confirmed, the new charges will be applied to EU customers mid June.
👉 If you're from the EU and planning to get spare parts, upgrades, or models from us, we strongly recommend placing your orders before mid-June.
