Key information,
  • Worldwide Shipping – All parcels are shipped via reliable premium airmail with a door-to-door tracking number provided.

  • Order Processing – Orders are processed within 1–2 days.

  • China Warehouse – Average delivery time is around 2 weeks (may be faster or slower depending on the season).

  • EU VAT – We ship via DDP (Delivery Duty Paid), meaning customs duties are prepaid by us. You should not be charged extra duties. Tracking numbers usually start with YT.

  • Non-EU European Countries – VAT is included in our shipping method; you should not be charged VAT.

  • 2025 US Tariff - our price has included the tariff. Just place order and expect the parcel at your door without additional payment.

United States
  • China Warehouse ships to all states except Guam and Airforce Base.

  • We do ship to Hawaii & Alaska.

  • Local delivery is usually handled by USPS depending on the region.

 
United Kingdom 
  • Generally faster delivery than other countries.

  • Parcels are declared at actual value; no customs issues reported so far.

  • Local delivery is usually via Royal Mail or Hermes. Subject to change from time to time

 
Canada 
  • No more outrageous high fees.

  • Delays may occur at customs and local delivery.

  • Local delivery is usually via Canada Post.

 
EU Countries with VAT
  • VAT is included in the price/shipping and prepaid by us as seller

 
India
  • Delivery time: approx. 2–3 weeks (2025 estimate).

  • Airmail limit of 2 kg and size restrictions apply – we may need to remove the retail box and use our thick WPL shipping box. Will email you for confirmation before shipping

  • As required by your Custom, you may be required to submit details regarding your shipment to the KYC.
 
Chile
a. Please provide your Recipient Tax Number (RUT/CPF/CNPJ/EORI) in the “Order Note” box at checkout or via email. (Do not put it in your address, we will not be responsible for shipping issue due to that)
b. Starting 25 October 2025, all buyers/recipients in Chile are required to pay customs duties at www.tgr.cl. Please note that we are not responsible for any delivery issues caused by delayed or unpaid customs duty by the buyer/recipient. Failure or refusal to pay the duty cannot be used as a reason to request a return or refund, as the decision not to complete the customs payment lies with the buyer/recipient.

South Africa
  • No size or weight limit now.

  • Please provide your 13-digit ID number in the “Order Note” box. *This is required

 
Portugal
  • Ships to mainland only (no Madeira or Azores).

 
Malaysia, Singapore
  • Final delivery handled by Ninjavan.


Taiwan
  • Provide recipient’s Chinese name, 10-digit ID number, tax number, and full Chinese address in the “Order Note” box or via email.

Philippines
  • Reliable method available with delivery in as fast as 6 days.

UAE
  • Delivery usually in 7–10 days.

  • Certain restricted items (e.g., grease, Loctite) will be removed before shipping.

 
Israel
- Israel custom has been strict about importing goods containing radio frequency so we are unable to ship RTR cars and Radio.
- Since 2023, custom has been strict as well and we declare actual value
 
Ukraine & Russia
  • Russia - Shipping currently paused due to the war.

  • Ukraine - Shipping normally via China Post. Slow Custom clearance. Takes around 30 days for delivery

Turkey /  Türkiye
  • Ceased shipping from Dec2025 due to extreme difficulty with Custom clearance and high 60% duty.
  • Requires recipient ID number in the “Order Note” box.

  • Limit: max 5 parcels per person per month.

 
Switzerland 
  • We can now ship any products to Switzerland. No more size or weight limit.
  • Upgrades and parts can be shipped normally.
 
Korea
  • Provide your full Korean name(in Korean) and Personal Customs Code (P + 12 digits) in the Order Note.

 
Norway
  • the price you paid has included the VOEC tax implemented in 2024. you should not be asked to pay for tax when collecting your parcel
  • shipping to Norway has parcel size limit of max 45cm length, our RTR shipping box is as long as 47cm so some model may need to have the retail box discarded. We will reach out to you if your parcel is longer than the length limit

Iceland
  • only parts and metal upgrades within 2kg

Romania
  • please provide your tax number in the "Order note" at the bottom of the cart page

Brazil

  • Starting Jan 2026, ceased shipping to Brazil due to custom being difficult.
  • Starting August 2025, parcels are often being held at the Custom for custom duty. Custom duty is to be paid by the you the recipient/customer. We are not responsible for the Custom duty payment and it's not a reason for refund due to delivery issue arise from this.
  • Customer is responsible for managing their own import on the official website  https://portalimportador.correios.com.br
 
2. Shipping Process
  • We process orders within 1–2 days.

  • Parcels are shipped domestically to our international shipping hub (~400 km away).

  • The international shipper sends it to the airline (usually within 2–3 days).

  • Flight to destination country (1–2 days).

  • Customs clearance and local delivery (time varies by country).

 
3. Tracking Numbers?
  • Sent to your email once the order is processed.

  • You can also find it in your store account under “Order Details.”

 

4. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel if:

  • The order has not been packed/fulfilled and you have a valid reason.

Cancellations or Refunds are not allowed if:

  • The order is packed/fulfilled.

  • You refuse delivery.

  • Buyer’s remorse.

  • Purchased by mistake
  • Processed by the international shipping company so there's no way to call it back anymore

Note: Returns to China are costly, duties are to be paid by the buyer, and from our experience the delivery success rate is zero due to address/language issues.

Please email us at sales@wpl-rc.com for cancellation. There is no self-service cancellation in the store as it's case to case basis because we strive to process your order within 24hrs. *we are not responsible if your email went to the spam box.

5. How much is the shipping fee?

  • Items marked FREE Shipping ship free to Zone 1 countries.

  • Parts are charged per 500 g.

  • Orders over USD 89 (excluding shipping) get Free Shipping on spare parts.

6. Shipping to Lebanon, Egypt, Mauritius & Sri Lanka

a. Register an account on Aramex Shop & Ship
b. Add an item to the cart, view your cart, and add your Aramex account ID to the "special instruction/note" box
c. Click checkout, and key in the China address provided by Aramex.
* for items with a free shipping tag, you may email us to get a refund for the shipping fee.

8. I have received the parcel but I no longer want it. Can I return it?

No. Buyer remorse is not accepted.
 

9. Custom duty

  • it is the responsibility of the buyer to pay for import tax/customs duty of their destination. This is a standard among any stores.
  • we are not responsible for delay or any issue caused by Custom as it's beyond our control
  • refusing to pay for import tax/custom duty is not a valid/acceptable reason for return or refund

10. How do we pack your parcel? 

"Some says, that WPL shipping box is made to survive WW3, all we know is..." - Someone says

11. Parcel theft
With the rampant parcel theft happening in the US & UK, we are not responsible for orders that have tracking showing "Delivered" and subsequently stolen by a thief.

12. Replacement

If an item arrives damaged, we will send replacement parts only, not a full model.

 

14. Parcel delay/no tracking update for too long

  • Our delivery takes about 2 weeks to be delivered on average. If you have not received your parcel for close to 30 days since you placed the order, please contact us immediately! We will not be responsible for your parcel delivery issue if you reach out to us after 50 days of the order being placed.
  • Only parcel without tracking update for 30 days since the last tracking message will be deemed lost and either refund or reship will be made according to customer's request. If your order's last tracking update is not 30 days yet, please be patient as there are delay sometimes.

15. How to find out the local post office tracking number

To find out the local post office tracking number, visit Aftership > paste your tracking number and the first line of tracking will display the Last Mile tracking number and its courier. Example below,

16. Parcel lost due to wrong address/details provided
a. Please double-check your shipping address before placing the order. If you notice an error, email us immediately. We may or may not be able to amend it, depending on the processing stage.
b. We are not responsible for shipping delays or parcel loss caused by incorrect or incomplete address/details provided in the order. STRICTLY NO REFUND DUE TO THIS!
c. For destinations with a redelivery service (the majority of countries we ship to): undeliverable parcels due to address issues will be sent to a nearby return warehouse and can be re-delivered. Starting the redelivery process takes at least 2 weeks to 60 days.
d. For destinations without a redelivery service (e.g., Malta, Cyprus, Slovenia, Croatia, Chile, Nigeria, Kenya, Uganda, Pakistan, Tanzania, Rwanda, Angola, Egypt): if delivery fails due to wrong address/details or the recipient being unavailable, the parcel will be destroyed by the carrier.
