The Country is Back in Office — Orders Are Now Being Processed 🚚

Thanks for your patience! With China’s National Day holiday (Oct 1–7) now over, couriers, customs, and warehouses nationwide have resumed normal operations. While our team only took a short break on Oct 1–2, many logistics partners were off for the full week—this created a temporary backlog across the country.

What’s happening now

  • Order processing has resumed: We’re packing and handing over parcels in the order they were received.

  • Tracking updates will follow: Once your parcel is scanned by the carrier, tracking will start updating. This can take 24–72 hours after handover during post-holiday catch-up.

  • New orders ship as normal: Fresh orders will move through the queue as carriers clear nationwide volume.

If your tracking looks “stuck”

It’s normal to see statuses like “Label created,” “Shipment information received,” or no movement for a day or two right after holidays. That simply means the parcel is in the carrier’s intake pipeline and will update once scanned at the next facility.
