I'm sorry. I have bad news to deliver.
However, your order may or may not affected by this.
There was a new case of covid infection detected in the area of the Official Store office on Sunday.
As you know, China maintain a zero-covid policy and immediately the area was locked down. One of our staff who live in the lockdown area was unable to go to the office.
And today, more roads that leads to the office is blocked off so the entire team is unable to go to the office.
Your order placed from the Saturday may be affected by this. It could have been packed and updated as shipped but not collected by the international shipping company or it was not packed at all.
So do expect delay of your recent orders with us.
We accept refund if you are unable to wait, this is case to case basis depending at which stage your order is.
We expect that we will be able to go back to office on the 7th Nov depending how the situation evolves.
This is not a conspiracy or whatever. We are "in" it.
