📦 Important Update for US Customers
Hey WPL Family,
Due to the new tariff rules, we’re left with no choice but to adjust our shipping rates to the US. While some sellers have decided to stop shipping to the US entirely, we simply can't do that. We're a small, passionate team with families and hardworking team members to support.
We’ve been holding off on increasing prices since the new tariff rules were announced earlier this month, but we can’t hold it anymore, especially with both superpowers still far from reaching an agreement.
To be fair to our customers worldwide, our product prices remain the same for everyone. However, for US customers, these important shipping changes are now in effect:
🔹 For large items like RTR, KIT, and KM models — shipping charges at checkout have increased significantly
🔹 No more free shipping on upgrade parts to the US
🔹 Shipping charge for parts and accessories has also gone up
Why? Because our shipping method is DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — meaning we pay the tariff up front on your behalf, so you don’t have to deal with customs clearance or surprise bills. But that also means we have to factor those extra costs into the shipping fees.
🛑 This change only affects US customers.
💡 Good news for customers elsewhere — especially in the EU! Shipping rates have gone down for countries like the UK, Germany, Austria, Netherlands, France, and more — and we've already adjusted the rates on our store to reflect that!
